Join us as Retail Manager: Oversee the retail precinct at King Street, Bowen Hills, Brisbane. The role is a part-time (3 days per week), permanent position. A terrific opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager and/or Retail Manager who is looking for a blended role where you can couple your passion in retail excellence with your incredible stakeholder management and performance delivery ability. Reporting into the Centre Manager, the key focus on this role is creating and maintaining retail and stakeholder relationships within our retail precinct. You will be the primary point of contact for all retailers and assist them in maximising their performance and help them take their business to the next level whilst delivering an exceptional consumer focused experience with our asset team. To experience success in this role you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport and gain an insight into stakeholder needs. Demonstrating exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to actively listen are required to maximise retailer engagement and satisfaction. Negotiation skills and experience in conflict resolution is also vital in this role are essential in this role as you will be liaising with stakeholder of all levels daily.
