About the role: We are seeking diverse individuals who can work effectively both in a team environment and independently, with strong time management skills, are interested in exploring new opportunities and advancing their careers. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing support and information on our LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) and natural gas products. You will have the opportunity to connect with customers, addressing their enquiries and providing exceptional support through multi channels including phone, email, web chat, and social media.
