About the role Maintain and work with other team members to accomplish the required daily/ weekly operational requirements for the our client's specific lighting system, operations, and other designated duties. Key Responsibilities Install maintain and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to determine the layout and configurations of electrical wiring and components. Perform electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostic tests to identify issues and ensure compliance of electrical wiring and components. Replace and repair faulty electrical wiring, fixtures, switches, and outlets. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to complete projects on time. Ensure that all electrical work meets the requirements of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations Skills & Experience ACT Electrical licence or equal with 3 to 5 years' experience in the electrical field. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship . Ensure that all electrical work meets the requirements of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations. MUST live 30 minutes from Majura (long days can be required, duty of care is important after a long day) Construction White card Proficient in Microsoft Office Current and valid driver's licence. Qualifications in Boom lifts, Bobcat, elevated platforms working at heights - DESIRABLE Willing to obtain a police record background check.
