About the Role We are seeking a committed and experienced Customer Service Administrator specialising in Export logistics to join our Customer Service Export team at our Head Office in Bilbul, NSW. In this role you will become a critical member of the team by providing excellent levels of customer service to ensure our sales effort is maximised. Receive enquiries and process customer orders Customer Feedback System receival and coordinating Ensure logistic requirements are met for all customer orders Perform administration and account processes Maintaining timely communication with customers and clients within the supply and distribution chain. To perform your key responsibilities of processing export orders and documentation, you will be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external production and logistics stakeholders, as well as customers from a wide range of countries and cultures. The successful candidate will have the capacity to meet deadlines, possess sound attention to detail as well as the ability to work both individually and in a team environment. 2-3 years experience in the international import/export industry and relevant tertiary qualifications in International Trade, Supply Chain & Logistics would be highly advantageous.
