CSR/Call Centre — Pinewood, Monash Area

We are currently recruiting for several customer service roles for new projects. The Role With projects abound we are looking for great customer service agents that are looking for a temporary assignment and can bring their friendly, considered and organised approach to a project calling existing customers Australia wide. You will be: Making outbound calls to existing customers in all states of Australia Friendly and efficient in dealing with customers from SME’s to large corporates Provided with scripts to assist your conversations so communicating clearly is imperative. Able to follow instructions and work with a team that will regroup each day to refine the daily tasks. Proficient with using various business systems and be able to update systems with relevant information collected from the calls. Success Looks Like This MUST have previous customer service / call Centre experience Clear, concise and effective communication on the phone Professional manner and common-sense approach to work & pride yourself on attention to detail.
