Lead innovation and develop strategic relationships in MNHHS with the Social Work Community of Practice (SWCOP), on a state-wide basis with Directors of Social Work via state-wide Social Work Leadership group and with external stakeholders, including tertiary education providers. Provide operational management to Social Workers in the casual pool, specialised residential and Indigenous Health services. Provide expert advice and contribute to the development of workforce strategies to attract and retain high performing staff, applying advanced Social Work knowledge to enhance models of care and service delivery efficiencies.
