An exciting opportunity has opened in the Our Jacobs APAC E&P Growth and Sales Team, for an Operational Sales Manager focusing on exploratory, growth, and existing clients in the Energy and Power markets. It's an exciting time to be part of our Energy & Power business as it continues to experience rapid growth. We are working with established clients across the globe to deliver the Energy Transition. From major renewable energy projects to high voltage direct current inter-country interconnectors and offshore grids, we're integrating a multitude of these solution elements to build a cleaner and more resilient energy future. Reporting to the APAC Market Director: Power & Energy, this is both an internal and external market-facing role that will focus on developing future key and core clients. Working in close partnership with operations you will be responsible for helping Jacobs achieve Gross Margin (GM) and stretch targets. You will work closely with your Market Director and Operational leadership to apply a focused approach to which clients we prioritise from an early development stage. This is an exciting opportunity to focus on accelerating growth across our E&P exploratory, growth, and existing client base. This role will ideally be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Here's what you'll need: While previous sales experience in the E&P market is desirable, we know that there are transferable skills gained through working in other functions.
