About the opportunity: Due to double digit growth, we are looking to expand our National Supercheap Auto Trade Direct sales team. The Trade Sales Representative will ideally be based in and around the Virginia area and will cover North Brisbane region including the Sunshine Coast, which involves travelling to existing trade customers and Supercheap Auto retail stores as well as identifying and cold calling potential new business opportunities on a regular basis. With your expertise, dedication, and ambition, you can shape this role into something truly remarkable and make it your own.Top of Form What you can expect to be doing: Review, implement and action plans to drive average spend per trade customer for the program Plan and organise activities and drive the performance of the managed account program within designated sales area to achieve individual sales and margin budget Oversee an assigned group of managed account customers to ensure effective long lasting business relationships are created and maintained Actively seek out new customers and meet growth targets for new business accounts Be passionate about ensuring customer service standards and always provide friendly, helpful and accurate customer service and advice Make key business decisions, think on your feet, and build strong relationships with both trade partners, customers, and stores About You: Exceptional external sales, business development and relationship management skills Demonstrated business acumen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads High customer and client service satisfaction mindset In depth automotive aftermarket parts knowledge, is highly desirable An automotive background or a passion in the automotive industry, would be advantageous Previous B2B sales and/or experience, is highly desirable A current open car drivers license (essential) IT literacy, Microsoft Suite at a minimum In return we will give you: Competitive Salary Quarterly and yearly bonuses Brand new Mitsubishi Triton Ute together with a fuel card Mobile phone Laptop Company credit card Pathways to success and career progression across the group Why join us?
