Your duties will be varied and duties may include: Provide hight level assistance to the Service Team for complex tasks Create and update technical documentation Assist with enhancements and business improvement Facilitate various projects including upgrades Networking opportunities and client visits Who we are looking for: Experience in an IT project-focused role, ideally within an MSP environment A high-level understanding of IT principles across Microsoft Azure, Office 365, IP networks and server virtualisation Certifications ideally in Microsoft and Cisco Familiarity with the Essential 8 Maturity Framework security guidelines Experience with the use of PSA and RMM platforms, ideally ConnectWise & N-able N-central Strong communication Full Australian working rights What's in it for you?
