About the Opportunity: We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. Respond to inquiries, generate sales and engage all parts of the business to service enquiries. Identify prospects and maintain relationships with clients. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential Experience using Table Check, Tripleseat or similar reservations system would be highly regarded Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and budgets In depth knowledge and understanding of function and events offerings, and ability to work with Executive/Head Chefs and Venue Managers regarding food and beverage offers Well-developed planning and organisation skills Exceptional communication Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective professional relationships High level of attention to detail Strong stakeholder management skills Studies in business or related discipline is advantageous Working with LUCAS Restaurants: People are at the core of our success and our culture goes beyond our workplace.
