Reporting to the Senior Digital Sales Manager- Home Internet, this role will work within the agile structure to assist in delivering the Digital Sales ambitions for the Home portfolio. In your new role as Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding customer behaviour to drive consistent & compelling sales experiences that enable & entice customers to purchase. You will be responsible for optimising & driving growth in sales & revenue mix across Optus online sales channels by contributing to the sales flow from research, conversion, operations & activations. Your day-in-the-life as a Digital Sales Executive - Home Internet at Optus Accountable for contributing to the Vision, Purpose and Strategy for Home Internet Commerce at Optus. Assists the Senior Digital Sales Manager- Home to identify opportunities, gaining support and delivering upon on key strategic business initiatives across Optus for Home Responsible for executions that contribute to sales achievement for Online Sales Webchat for Home Internet, through enabling a best-in-class experience, allowing customers to navigate seamlessly between self-serve experiences and webchat interfaces. Accountable for accurate and quality data to be driven to downstream systems and teams for effective and efficient processing, ensuring the best possible outcome for Online sales actualisation and our customers. As key Digital leaders, champion a Digital first culture across the broader Optus organisation to drive improved customer experience and growth outcomes in Digital and physical channels. Digital thought leadership at strategic and tactical level. Assisting with transformational initiatives to drive Digital adoption including shifting activity from traditional channels to "Digital First". Finding opportunities and initiatives to drive an outstanding Customer Experience. Analysing market and performance insights in real-time. Your skills to pay the bills Tertiary Qualification in Sales, Commerce or Marketing Strong background in eCommerce best practices Experience in developing and enforcing effective work methods and standards. Ability to use insights to identify the key factors that will drive a positive sales outcome Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams to achieve objectives in line with overall business targets Skills in eCommerce practices, and ability to co-ordinate and deliver on sales campaigns across traditional and digital channels (retail, digital, app, responsive) Commercial and forecasting acumen. Basic knowledge of Human Centered Design Envisions and anticipates future of tech trends and possibilities. Constructively challenges & drives adoption of new initiatives. Champions & influences a culture of growth mindset, self-leadership and self-development across and outside the organisation.
