Business Contribution: Identify and develop new opportunities to grow a sustainable long-term HLT business in the Australia and New Zealand region Key Responsibilities: Develop key strategic relationships with Heavy Lift/ Transport and EPC Contractors with a focus on growth for Heavy Lift Technology equipment and applications in the region. Identify and contact all sales leads and opportunities. Develop relationships with current and new customers to understand their requirement to prepare proposal. Identify new leads to increase coverage and support sales growth of integrated solution products and systems. Update and track new opportunities diligently in SalesForce.Com Coordinate the RFQ (quotation process) activity, review and endorse the final proposal. Coordinate with sales coordinators and logistics team on timely fulfilment of orders. Develop sales and marketing plans specific to integrated solutions, including MARCOM and promotional activities. Develop local sales and distributor or dealer staff through product and applications training. Provide marketing intelligence for Enerpac products, e.g. market potential, analysis of market share, competitor activities, etc. In consultation with the Regional Sales Director actively assist Territory Managers to develop new business opportunities for HLT products and systems. In cooperation with management, establish sales forecast and budgets for the HLT line of business. Regularly evaluate performance to budget and implement required actions. Submit reports and forecast reviews to the Regional Sales Director and APAC HLT Sales Leader. Ensure regular training programs for distribution partners and customers are adhered and quality improvements continually maintained. Identify key roadblocks affecting the growth of HLT products and systems to management and propose solutions or remedies where applicable. Work with the Enerpac team to leverage and grow sales across the entire product portfolio. Required Capabilities (describe scope of knowledge and ability of the position): A good track record in project sales and large tender preparation and also involved in sales process from pre-sales to final delivery. Ability to identify, approach, and convert new accounts and customers as well as develop current customer network. Strong presentation development and delivery skills Must have good communication written and verbal skills Mechanical aptitude Strong customer service focus and experience in field technical sales support and management Frequent travel is required within Australia & New Zealand and occasional travel to NL/ Europe for FAT, trainings and meetings may be required Required Experience & Education: Possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or Business Studies or Marketing or extensive industrial equipment sales experience preferably in capital equipment A minimum of 5 years of experience from technical sales and key account management with strong network from the Heavy Lift/ Transport, Offshore Marine Construction and Infrastructure Construction preferred
