Duties: Schedule and document PMO meetings and governance forums, including taking minutes. Support the PMO secretariat by developing and managing governance papers and agendas. Maintain project documentation and generate PMO reports through accurate data entry. Communicate effectively with office staff, project teams, and stakeholders to handle information requests, schedule updates, and reports. Support senior staff by managing competing priorities and preparing various project-related documents such as status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers. Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project or PMO roles, with an understanding of project management principles including planning, monitoring, evaluation, and assurance. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated competency in stakeholder engagement. Ability to learn new digital skills and effectively use existing software, coupled with a positive, solution-oriented, and service delivery-focused attitude. Capacity to work independently and within a small team, using initiative and resourcefulness to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
