Experienced & high achieving Senior CA required for major builder/developer of commercial, industrial & residential developments. Our Client is major National builder/developer that has been in operation for over a generation. They are a full turnkey property development and project delivery business that keeps everything in-house. They specialise in acquiring greenfield sites and transforming them into commercial, industrial or residential communities. They have several Victorian projects about to hit delivery, so they are looking to secure the services of a high achieving Senior Contract Administrator to focus exclusively of the infrastructure/sub-division/civil works on these projects. The ideal candidate will: Have completed a tertiary qualification in quantity surveying or construction/project management and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Have extensive previous infrastructure/sub-division/civil works experience Be a self starter capable of working without direction or micro- management Be able to multi task effectively Be well presented and an effective communicator Possess excellent commercial awareness with strong relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills In return you will be rewarded with a market leading salary starting at $140,000 - $190,000 total package dependent on experience from a company with a really positive culture who give complete support to all its employees from the very top right down.
