About the Role The primary objective of this role is to drive marine sales through various channels, including distributors, OEMs, and direct aftermarket sales. Growth will be achieved by supporting existing distribution relationships, enhancing the current dealer network, and expanding with new dealers, leveraging both current and future product portfolios. Skills & Experience Extensive knowledge of marine products Strong understanding of sales planning and forecasting Competence in managing OEM customer relationships Willingness to travel as required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture customer relationships Communicate customer needs and identify product opportunities Analyze competitor activity and products Develop and execute sales growth strategies Implement and manage training plans with support from Product Managers Frequent national travel, with potential international Key Responsibilities Managing & fostering customer relationships Communicating customer needs and identifying product opportunities Analysis of competitor activity and product Developing and execute sales growth strategies Ensure training plan is executed and managed with the support of Product Managers Frequent national travel, with potential international travel, including trade shows, conferences, and other events This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a leading brand's growth in a rapidly evolving market, ensuring sustained success and your future expansion.
