About Us The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) serves as the primary organisation representing the psychiatry medical specialty in Australia and New Zealand. Our mission focuses on training, educating, and advocating for psychiatrists in both countries, with a vision for excellence and equity in the provision of mental health care. The role The key focus of this role is provide administrative support to the West Australian Branch Training Committee (WA BTC). Duties include, but are not limited to, providing support for the Chair, WA BTC, undertaking data audits, maintaining committee and training program records, and contributing to the improvement of West Australian training programs. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support for the WA BTC. Provide clear and accurate advice related to West Australian training programs and WA BTC operations to internal and external stakeholders. Support the planning of WA BTC meetings, including agenda and documentation preparation, attending meetings to take minutes, and monitoring and actioning outcomes. Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures. Provide support for quality improvement projects undertaken by the WABTC. To be successful in this role you will have: Relevant qualification in administration or education and/or experience in an education setting preferred with specific student administration or membership-related role desirable. Experience in preparing agendas, recording minutes, and executing action items. Understanding of workplace-based assessment and medical education would be highly regarded.
