About the role As the Marketing and Admin Support Coordinator you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in the groups administrative function for both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will be varied, dynamic and extremely interesting. Key Responsibilities for the role Provide full administration support Provide design administrative support Organise meetings including scheduling, preparing agendas, collating reports Liaise and build relationships with internal stakeholders including the Finance, Human Resources and Property teams. Skills & Experience Prior marketing administrative experience, essential Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills to ensure positive client relationship management progression and effective stakeholder updates. Prior experience working to high delivery of service standards within a commercial environment Full Australian working rights.
