Role and Responsibilities: You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity and enhancement of customer service. Your responsibilities will include: Managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection. Collaborating with the Body Corporate team to ensure financial goals and KPIs are met. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to financial matters. Preparation & creation of Strata budgets Utilising your advanced Microsoft Suite skills to generate financial data, create reports, and enhance process efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Previous experience in an accounts focused administrative role, demonstrating strong accounts acumen (within the context of strata management highly desirable) Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients and colleagues. Proficiency in productions of financial data reports, perform analyses, and create insightful reports. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial processes. A dedication to achieving and exceeding KPIs, along with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Benefits: An annual salary of up to $75-80,000 plus superannuation.
