Work Ready, Release Ready Administrator — Kilkenny, Charles Sturt Area

The Work Ready, Release Ready (WRRR) Administrator will support the achievement of the program objectives through the delivery of effective data, administrative and Post Placement Support functions. As the WRRR Administrator, you will ensure timely reporting and communication to key stakeholders and support the Justice Programs Manager and coordinate other program requirements as required. This role is being offered on a part time 20 hours per week, ongoing basis with flexibility to be based at either our Kilkenny, Gawler or Salisbury site. About You Ability to assist the program in achieving its performance and compliance objectives through general Administrative support of the program including file maintenance, data entry and keeping customer records accurate; Supporting the timely and accurate delivery of the program’s reporting requirements internally and to Government; Provide support in the analysis of data and preparation of reports for tailored purposes; Ability to manage and deliver Post Placement Support to participants in the Employment Phase and in the community to promote sustainability and long term outcomes, including the preparation of documentary evidence (payroll); Ability to submit Employment bonus claims for review to Government; Professional and regular communication with the Department for Correctional Services (including the various Prison facilities). Support continuous improvement strategies and implementation; Ability to support the internal delivery and government reports in accordance with defined timeframes; Must hold current driver’s licence and possess a willingness to undertake interstate/interstate travel as required; and Certificate IV in a related field e.g. Criminology, Social Sciences, Business, and Management (desirable, but not essential). Remuneration A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience.
