We are seeking a Senior Cloud Security Administrator to provide senior level expertise to support design, cloud project implementation, cloud operational support and cyber security controls and protection measures to all aspect of Ambulance Victoria's Public Cloud, Private Cloud and Private Data Centres with a specialist focus on performing regular reviews on cloud and IT infrastructure security posture and mitigating identified risks and issues. As key member of the Digital Technology and Services Department (DTS), this is a full time, permanent position currently based in our Blackburn North office with hybrid working arrangements available. About the role Reporting to the Senior Lead Cloud Technology, the responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Expertly administer Cloud Security Controls to ensure AV cloud and security standards are maintained in a professional and mature manner Identify and resolve security issues using cloud tools like Azure Advisor, Sentinel and Security Score to maintain a secure cloud posture Support the senior manager with identifying and mitigating security risks and issues identified in public cloud, private cloud, and private Data Centres Plan, prioritise, execute, and report on mitigation activities to address security issues Supports Program/Project Managers to implement, upgrade and maintain cloud security and computing platforms in line with the Cloud Computing and security strategy About you To be considered for this position you will possess: A postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and high-level relevant experience (preferably in an Information Technology related discipline including Microsoft Azure, DevOps, cloud architecture/design and/or cloud security) Senior technical experience in implementing, maintaining, and managing a secure Enterprise infrastructure in Clouds and private Data Centres Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud design, Azure DevOps, Azure Repos/GIT, Azure Pipelines, CI/CD, ARM Templates, BiCep files Extensive experience with Azure Native Security Services including the development of security reports in cloud and with addressing security controls and audit issues in the Cloud Experience in an Enterprise or Emergency Services and/or Health Services Outstanding demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Working at AV As a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance.
