THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Supervisor based in Ormeau. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Trade Sales team. This is a full-time role working Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervising a small team of Internal Sales Officers Coordinating, scheduling & delegating workload of orders throughout internal sales team. Processing and entering orders & developing product knowledge Providing exceptional customer service with Trade customers Liaison with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members Undertaking administrative duties to assist internal and external sales team.
