The Manager, Sales Process and Systems is a critical member to lead system development and utilization in ANZ and reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Planning, Sports Medicine. This role will collaborate within Sales Operations, Sales and Marketing business function to deliver technology solutions and services that improve business performance. Responsibilities include identifying and defining business systems optimizations, process improvement, and reporting requests as needed. This includes the development and improvements of reports and dashboards. The role will be responsible for gathering requirements and leading the building, testing, and implementation of system enhancements in a fast-paced environment that impacts AWM sales effectiveness. The role supports Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine and Advanced Wound Management businesses in ANZ. What will you be doing? Lead the creation and continuous improvement of a business requirements and system utilization for our CRM - Salesforce.com, and CRM Analytics business applications. (opportunity management, sales cycle, interactions, pipeline analytics…) Ensure actionable KPI availability based on CRM data to the sales leadership team in order to increase efficiency of the sales organization. Lead the ideation and high level planning with stakeholder's management to improve business process and system needs and collaborate with IT partners to deliver against that backlog of demand based on business priorities. Drive consistent communication to provide status on work in progress. Lead system proof of concepts and user acceptance testing for system enhancements or new system build. Lead the education & training of end users, support user queries, increasing end user proficiency and adoption of implemented CRM. Encourage day to day user and territory maintenance, and support analytics requests, to ensure adoption and decisions from usage statistics. What will you need to be successful? 8 years of experience working on sales process improvement Bachelors/Masters qualification in relevant field. Experience with SFDC, Excel, Powerpoint, Reporting/Dashboarding tool. experience working with Salesforce.com application. Previous demonstrated impact in driving commercial excellence processes and executing commercial excellence projects in a matrix environment, as well as the management of complex commercial customer-facing projects.
