Role Overview: We're seeking a Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll drive sales by generating valuable leads and converting them into successful sales. This role would suit someone who is a highly self-motivated go-getter, has an engaging demeanor, and enjoys a predominantly phone-based role. This role is to be based in Smeaton Grange, NSW. Key Responsibilities include: Call current and potential customers to find new business opportunities. Enter leads, quotes, and follow up on projects every day to close orders. Understand Studco's products well. Keep customer contact info updated in the Studco database. Look for new projects and sales chances by researching and promoting products. Meet daily and monthly goals for finding leads and making calls. Put quotes, orders, and projects into the company's system. Help customers with calls and questions, giving great service. Assist outside salespeople with info on potential customers and projects. Accurately documenting all interactions and client details in our CRM system.
