The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exist within The Division of Paediatric Medicine to join us as an Administrative and Information Technology Lead , CAVUCS and WCHHome . This opportunity is full time, ongoing. Role Responsibilities: The Administrative and Information Technology Lead, Child and Adolescent Virtual Urgent Care Service (CAVUCS) and WCHHome is accountable for the provision of a comprehensive, consumer oriented and efficient service. This is achieved by monitoring, reviewing and enhancing all administrative and Information Technology departmental practices and ensuring that all relevant patient related information is accurately and appropriately collected, stored and maintained. The service supports consumers of the CAVUCS and WCHHome services. An emphasis on ensuring the CAVUCS and WCHHome is staffed according to the administrative service roster is paramount to meeting the requisite clinical support needs of the hospital, as is the continued revision and refinement of shift coordination to ensure the support services function in conjunction with clinical need. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven ability to liaise effective with a variety of staff within a large multidisciplinary team. Proven ability to lead and motivate staff working in a high-pressure environment. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and prioritise own workloads as well as monitor the overall service delivery of the units within the role’s remit Proven experience in staff management, leadership, performance development and coordinating service to patient care.
