Due to ongoing success, our client is seeking an experienced sales team assistant to work within their team. The Role: You will collaborate with the Head EA to ensure smooth sales administration and exceptional customer service. Handling various administrative tasks throughout sales campaigns, including managing new listings, exchanges, settlements, marketing materials, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Facilitating effective communication channels between agents, support teams, Sales Director, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and timely updates. Taking charge of end-to-end management for active and upcoming sales campaigns, which involves handling agency agreements, compliance procedures, solicitor correspondence, and strategic marketing initiatives. Ensuring optimal team coverage at events by managing schedules and preparing essential materials such as Open Home packs and auction kits. Overseeing all aspects of marketing campaigns, including digital and print materials creation, property copywriting, regular updates, and maintaining communication channels with stakeholders. Handling client interactions, managing appointments, and creating memorable experiences through personalized gestures such as anniversary celebrations, thoughtful gifts, and attentive communication. The Person: Minimum 1 year experience in Real Estate Strong background in customer service and admin Current Real Estate Certificate or Real Estate License and full driver's license.
