About the Role Due to ongoing business development and growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a New Truck Sales Cadet to join our New Trucks Sales team. Based at our Forrestfield dealership, this role will provide on the job training and 1 on 1 coaching and mentoring by senior sales personnel to a driven individual on new UD, Mack and Volvo Trucks Sales products, processes, and procedures. Responsibilities Understanding sales concepts and using available sales tools. Understanding brand products and solutions. Mapping the buying journey and tailoring solutions to find the unique purchase reason for each customer. Use insights to add value to the customers' business. Work effectively - finding an opportunity, qualifying customers and bundling total solutions. Understand how to offer each solution in a bundle, including connected services, contract maintenance, driver development, vehicle tracking / fuel management etc. Communicating in a capable and proficient way to different people at all levels. Overall customer satisfaction.
