As a result of their industry success, this builder is now looking to employ a Junior Contract Administrator/ Cadet to join their ambitious, growing team. In this role you will be assisting with the delivery of a high-rise developments valued upwards of $90mil. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience supporting the delivery of projects within the commercial construction sector. Supported by the Senior Contract Administrator, and will be responsible for: document control, defect management, quality control and project delivery support. Your experience & qualifications: Final year or completion of a bachelor’s degree in construction management. Capacity for full time employment 2 years of experience in commercial construction, with exposure to contracts administration & project management. Strong attention to detail & ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience with construction management software (e.g. Procore, Jobpac, Payapps) is advantageous.
