Master Data Administrator — Smithfield, Parramatta Area

Local data owner, responsible for data quality and completeness Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all global master data objects (or at least for one of the main objects, such as material, vendor and customer), channel the communication to Corporate MDM. For material: Collect information to create new product codes, create the request, follow-up on missing or wrong data. Liaise with corporate team to set up correct dimensions (PHN) and allocations for new product. Create or coordinate the creation of the dependent master data objects: BOMs, Routings, Purchasing Info Records etc. Request changes or deactivation of existing products. For production: Production version, master recipes, packing instructions. For other local master data objects, create or coordinate their creation for the local company. Interface of Corporate MDM in the local organization. Facilitate business solutions related to master data in actively preparing, planning and coordinating with involved parties. Lead local MDM projects Support the data migration data collection, template preparation, price lists. Execute data quality checks and corrections. Responsible for first level support, coordinate data queries and solution finding at local level in collaboration with corporate functions. Qualifications Minimum 2 years working experience in an Inventory Management, Database management, IT or other clerical role that requires high level of accuracy and good communication skills. strong individual who communicates well and is process oriented. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good verbal & written communication & interpersonal skills.
