Project & Training Administrator — Lidcombe, Auburn Area

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled Project & Training Administrator to join our team to help successfully deliver our major projects. Key role and responsibilities include but not limited to: Coordination of project inductions and requirements with Project Teams Coordination of training through external RTOs Maintaining internal training records and skills matrix Updating and maintaining client training portals such as Damstra, Pegasus, 3DS, RIW Onboarding plant and vehicles to projects via client portals Onboarding new employees and subcontractors DBYD and documents / printing as required by project teams Document management using SharePoint General office duties Qualifications: Proven experience in project coordination or related roles Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite You must have a Permanent Residency or Citizenship Why work for us: We have an exciting Employee Benefits platform offering exclusive discounts on retail and healthcare as well as discounted gym memberships and novated leasing options.
