About the role We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity available in our HR Services Branch within the People & Organisational Development Division of the PTA. As the Human Resources Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Human Resource Management Information System to support strategic operations and management. This position plays a key role in ensuring the business information is readily available to meet business objectives and enable accurate recording of establishment and personnel and payroll employee data. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Relevant expertise, including: Demonstrated experience in system administration and use of human resource management information systems (HRMIS) within a medium to large, complex organisation. Demonstrated understanding of personnel and payroll business practices, procedures, legislations and policy within the context of evaluating the functionality of the human resource management system to meet management needs. Ability to maintain data integrity in an integrated HRMIS. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to: Work effectively and collaboratively with others to achieve outcomes. Prepare a range of written documentation including procedural documentation and reports. Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, clients and stakeholders. Well-developed conceptual, research, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify enhancements and implement solutions to issues or problems. Well-developed organisational and project management skills, including the ability to: Manage a range of diverse tasks with competing priorities. Use initiative and act pro-actively.
