The role: Provide the first contact facility for clients and relatives, relaying information and calls immediately to the appropriate professionals. Provide a specialised clerical facility for Mental Health North West, interview clients/relatives for registration details and update the computerised record. Liaise with other Mental Health Services personnel as well as external agencies and stakeholders. Typing of administrative and clinical correspondence and reports. Details of Appointment Fixed term, casual, day worker position working as and when required, commencing from as soon as possible for 12 months. notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies. Salary: $64,125 to $68,925 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
