The Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Property Administrator/Property Accounts to join our team of property specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various finance functions within the TfNSW portfolio and providing general support administration support to our high performing property team. Working across a diverse range of properties and assets, you will gain valuable experience and a solid foundation for your career in the commercial property industry and therefore open many doors for future career development Key Responsibilities: Receipting and accounts Payable Finance and property reporting Maintenance of Property Management Database and other property related systems. Account Reconciliations Lease Administration Client and tenant liaison Working collaboratively in a team supporting ad-hoc duties as required About You: Minimum of 12 months experience in an accounts/finance/property related role. Passion for the commercial property industry and a desire to develop a career in the industry Recent University or Tafe qualification preferred, but not required. Certificate of Registration or desire to gain certificate upon commencement of employment. Excellent attention to detail for data entry, analysis, and reporting. Team player who enjoys collaboration with a variety of internal team members and departments. Excellent communicator with the confidence to build up to liaising with tenants and major stakeholders as you grow into the role. Strong computer skills to work across a number of finance systems, databases and MS Excel.
