We are urgently recruiting a critical urgent role as Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor (located in regional Victoria or 1 hour from Melbourne Northern suburbs). If you are looking for a change, the client offers a great relocation package Also, above market salary, perks, and career opportunities Offering $110 - $120K super Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will supervisor trades to complete maintenance tasks and projects. · Actively participate in maintenance routines to ensure maintenance activities. · Be involved with Opex/Capex projects where required. · Assist with technical training program for all factory maintenance. · Assist Production team to minimise downtime and make improvements. · Implement OHS and other standards. What qualifies you: Completion of tertiary degree in Engineering or equivalent experience working as a Maintenance Supervisor or engineer in manufacturing company (desired FMCG experience) Minimum 3 years' experience in this role Supervision of trades staff Leaders will require a proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams, experience in managing and leading teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven capacity to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality.
