In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. You will assist in day to day management of the fleet and all insurance matters. Administration support and end to end management of all administration processes Assist with insurance recoveries Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders Schedule and coordinate repairs and service arrangements for the company fleet Draw and receipt purchase orders and invoices. Data entry You have the following qualities & qualifications: Experience within a similar position is desirable Self motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail strong knowledge of MS Office applications Good data entry skills Highly developed written and oral communication skills Problem solving capabilities & computer aptitude
