Lease Administration Associate — The Rocks, Sydney

What this opportunity involves: We are on the lookout for a driven graduate or administrator to join our Melbourne or Sydney based team to become our Lease Administrator on behalf of JLL with a prominent Government Account. This role will be responsible for efficiently supporting management in performing a diverse range of property portfolio related duties including co-ordination, reporting and management of the portfolio in line with the requirements of JLL & the Account. An overview of the role: Calculate fixed, CPI and lease events report for Lease Administrators on a monthly basis Liaising with internal and external contacts when required Generate and distribute monthly reporting including rent roll Process ad hoc invoices Ensure all rent roll reports are accurate and distributed within agreed financial calendar Review recurring invoices and statements. Liaise with landlords where required Perform all Lease Administration tasks as per Global Compliance Policy Manage all lease administration related landlord queries Assist to prepare and distribute ad-hoc reports as required; Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are adhered to strictly in accordance with guidelines; Manage various trackers for data governance and compliance. Perform document and data management; Assist with Budgeting and Reporting Participate in annual audits Liaise with Finance and Leasing teams as required Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: 1-3 years of relevant work experience Having the ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts and Rent Roll reporting (preferably real estate leases) Work strongly both independently as well as in a team Knowledge of accounting and reconciliation with accounts payable and accounts receivable Experience using a property management/lease administration system and Microsoft excel reporting Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills What you can expect from us: You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
