Senior Administration Officer — Adelaide, Adelaide Region

(HEO5) $77,409 - $86,072 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies. Fixed term, full time position available for 12 months Play a key part in providing administrative services across the Infrastructure Branch as a Senior Administration Officer. The Senior Administration Officer provides administrative services across the Branch on an as required basis, with specific responsibility for providing general office and project support to the Branch, Portfolio Directors and other senior managers as required under direction from the Branch Executive Officer. This position will also be responsible to provide HR support; arranging travel and entertainment through the University Travel & Entertainment System, using the University e-Procurement system to manage purchase orders and invoices; as well as contract and tender administrative support. To be successful you will need: Demonstrated knowledge and experience relating to general office administrative principles and practices. Experience in a full range of administrative committee support. Appropriate level of computer keyboard skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in records management systems. Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
