We are the state’s leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA’s largest maternity and obstetric service. Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services. The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Women’s and Babies team as an Divisional Administrator on a part time (18.75 hours per week) ongoing basis . As a Divisional Administration Officer you will be responsible for the provision of a high level confidential and comprehensive secretarial, administrative and project support service that supports Divisional Management and contributes to the efficient functioning of the Women’s and Babies Division. You will also be responsible for the provision of an administrative support service to other members of the senior management team, divisional committees and working parties as required. You might also undertake the role of personal assistant to the Divisional Directors (Midwifery and Nursing and Medical). About You To be successful in this role, you should have ability to work independently with a minimum supervision and should be a team player. Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and use initiative to solve problems you will provide a high level confidential administrative support service. Should demonstrate experience in providing accurate data entry and skilled with MS Office Suite applications.
