Marketing Administrative Assistant — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

About the role As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, your primary focus will be providing in-depth administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Advisors in order to help the team and business implement their marketing plans and initiatives for the year. This role involves assisting in the development and enhancement of marketing materials and essential marketing-related administrative tasks, which are crucial for the smooth operation of the marketing team. Application of our brand to presentations, proposals, reports and flyers Assist with day-to-day tasks including coordination of events and meetings, liaising with suppliers and budget tracking Assisting with execution of campaigns and projects Provide administrative support to the marketing team Conducting research for campaigns and projects Updating workflow tool to assist with managing projects and tasks Desired Skills and Experience About you We are looking for someone with a passion for administration and an interest in working with a marketing team. Previous administration experience is preferred but experience in a marketing role is not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills Excellent organisational abilities with the ability to meet tight deadlines Proactive and reliable, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
