The Ideal Teacher The successful applicant will ideally be able to create an effective, engaging, and inclusive learning environment based on high expectations. They will have an understanding of appropriate assessments and be able to use data to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching programs, set targets and plan for differentiated learning opportunities for all students in their class aligned strongly to the Western Australian Curriculum and Early Years Learning Framework. This role will suit someone who is highly motivated, relationship-focused, and passionate about creating exciting learning experiences to engage students. A sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, WebEx, Heggerty and Letters and Sounds is ideal but is not essential.
