Founded in 1994, MacKillop Catholic College is a co-educational Years 7 to12 Catholic secondary school of 810 students located in Mornington on Hobart’s Eastern Shore. As a Christ-centred community inspired by the charism of St Mary of the Cross MacKillop and the spirit of Blessed Edmund Rice, we are committed to a holistic Catholic education in faith, hope and love. Due to significant increases in enrolments and the introduction of Year 11 and 12, we are seeking Administration Staff for our relief register. Relief Administration Staff Employment will be on a casual basis when required to cover for absent staff in the front office Administration Team. Minimum call in would be a full day (negotiable hours) and could also include blocks of contracted time. Ideal applicants for the position would possess the following skill-sets: Reception / Customer service experience. Work collegially in a team environment. Communicate effectively with a range of people from the College and the community. Basic office skills – data entry, word processing, responding to emails. The ability to learn College systems and provide administrative support for these programs. Current first aid qualification.
