What you’ll be doing The Real Estate Technology Specialist (Sales) is a specialised role aimed at increasing overall revenue through the sale of Reapit products and services (specifically Property Management software) to new clients. The employee is to utilise their skills in the below areas to; prospect to, demonstrate the product, negotiate and ultimately sell the Reapit suite of products to new clients. -Proven sales skills and experience -Demonstrate Intuition from the above to identify sales opportunities -Excellent personal presentation and ability to build rapport -Detailed administrative capabilities -Lead identification and creation through strategic marketing, outbound/pro-active engagement and relationship building -Ability to work as part of a modern, innovative team environment It is expected that through the above skills the employee will not only sell Reapit services but create a platform for success for the client through setting correct expectations and communicating clearly with internal teams to ensure they get the most out of their time at Reapit. Who we're looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you. -Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales roles -Minimum of 2 years in a client facing or sales role within tech sales with demonstrable outstanding customer service skills -A motivated self-starter who embraces technology and innovation -Demonstrable negotiation abilities -Proven ability to identify and resolve problems through active listening, effective elicitation of information and refined problem-solving abilities -Highly organised with proficiency in multi-tasking and adaptability -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Demonstrable conflict resolution skills -Comfortable with presenting internally and externally on client sites What your impact and success looks like As the real estate technology expert, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Customer Engagement (80%) Identify and Prospect to new clients Create and maintain a pipeline of cold, warm, and hot potential clients Demonstrate Reapit products to potential clients Engage in in-depth follow up clients Negotiation of Reapit services Sell InspectRealEstate & Console Cloud Indicators of Success 30% conversion ratio of new Opportunities to Closed Won Average discounts Maintain pipeline of minimum 100 potential clients Administration (20%) Ensure internal CRM is up to date with Notes, Tasks, Opportunity Stages and Closed Won Dates Agreements are completed correctly without error Ensure Handover docs are populated with correct information and giving Projects and Client Success greatest chance of success Indicators of Success Indicators of Success Internal CRM up to date Agreements not being resent for signature What's in it for you?
