PSD-AS Administration Officer — Glen Iris, Boroondara Area

Administration Officer - Glen Iris Introduction As an Administration Officer working with Assessments Australia (a MAX Solutions company), you will support the Management Team to ensure successful delivery of the Program for Students with Disabilities-Assessment Service (PSD-AS). This role entails all aspects of administration to deliver the PSD-AS and meet all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Students with Disability Assessment Service is a statewide assessment service which conducts cognitive and language assessments for students who appear likely to have an intellectual disability or language disorder with high needs. Information from our assessments and reports is used to help inform educational planning for students and may be used to access funded support through the Program for Students with Disabilities or Disability Inclusion. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for: Receiving incoming calls from a range of stakeholders Updating and maintaining the program database Engage in all aspects of the receipt and processing of enquiries and referrals (receiving paperwork, uploading to database, ensuring all information provided is correct, proofreading) Understand the broad requirements and Key Performance Indicators of the project Assist the Administration Manager and Program Manager and other project areas as required Be part of a team driven approach to strive for constant improvement and in identifying opportunities and mechanisms for refinement across the life of the program. Other duties as required, commensurate with the skill and experience required for the position About you To be successful in your application you will have: Experience in administration roles Strong customer service skills with a focus on excellent stakeholder engagement Exceptional attention to detail (spelling, punctuation, grammar) Demonstrated experience to multi-task in a very busy environment, including handling a high volume of incoming calls Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear communication skills Strong time management skills Good computer literacy Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel) Next steps If you have a passion for helping people please click "apply" to find out more about the role.
