Administrator - Mandarin speaking — Chadstone, Monash Area

Looking for Mandarin speaking administrator. Chadstone SC based, lead renewable energy company. HR Support Function: • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts. • Facilitate new employee orientations and organize training sessions to enhance employee skills and ensure company policies are understood. • Manage employee records, ensuring that employee data (including personal details, job classification, pay rates, and entitlements) is accurately recorded and maintained. • Liaise with external HR vendors and consultants to ensure that the organization’s HR services are provided effectively. Office All-Rounder: • Day-to-day administration / general office duties • Keeping the kitchen, office, showrooms and reception tidy • Answering phones and handling external enquiries • Greeting clients (may include preparing coffee, lunch and drinks for showrooms) • Preparation, printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, and processing of documents and fashion range books • Filing, maintaining office stationery and supplies and collecting post from PO box • Administration of leave requests and entitlements • Managing marketing documentation, organising functions, travel and coordinating events • Maintain digital administration records • Other office administration and support tasks as requested Required Skills and Experience: • Strong level of computer literacy with the Microsoft Office suite • Experience with office management procedures • Professional phone etiquette • Ability to take the initiative and be pro-active • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Professional presentation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
