This role will mainly but not limited to, perform basic supply chain and general administration functions and assist retail personnel in the day-to-day stopre operations. Key Responsibilities Functional responsibilities Communicating & negotiating with all relevant stakeholders, especially suppliers. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business, particularly the Supply Chain and Accounts/Finance departments. Prepare, analyse, and provide data/reports on purchases and rebates. Determine order quantities and delivery/flow schedules. Completion and tracking of replenishment orders, especially inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records. Analysis of allocation results to ensure sufficient stock levels. Management of efficient flow of communication with external and internal stakeholders. Assist in the resolution of department challenges, with a focus on long-term solutions. Teamwork and Relationships Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in the Group, which includes CEO, managers, and other staff personnel. Work closely with vendors and clients. Demonstrate teamwork and foster good communication with colleagues as well as other staff and management. General Responsibilities Ensure that the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times and practices are in line with relevant legislation. As and when required, undertake additional projects or activities as directed by management. Act in accordance with all Group policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Great organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactive problem solver with a positive and enthusiastic approach. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in replenishment and or supply/deman planning roles. Preferred supply chain experience within an FMCG enviroment - inventory/order management. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and/or ERP ordering system. Personal Attributes Strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Great organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactive problem solver with a positive and enthusiastic approach. Ability to work independantly and as part of a team in a fast-paced enviroment.
