HR & Admin Intern — Sydney, Sydney Region

The successful intern would get an exposure to the following duties: Support with maintaining employee personnel files and filing systems, including, but not limited to, creating new folders, filing employee documents, and training records. Update our workforce management and compliance systems with new and existing employee compliance and training records. Conduct audits of employee compliance and training records. Assist in the coordination of new employee staff inductions. Assist with the coordination of new employee uniform distribution. Assist with HR projects and reporting. Requirements: Must be studying, Cert IV, diploma, or bachelor's in human resources or management. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with an advanced understanding of Excel. Basic understanding of HR principles. Passion for the employee and candidate experience. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
