About our Opportunity Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be required to ensure accurate and timely processing of all quotes, and sales orders and effectively communicate to the VENTORA Glass Customer base and staff. This role aims to exceed VENTORA Glass' Customer base and internal stakeholder expectations by providing outstanding customer service and follow-up with clear and concise information. Key Responsibilities Processing of quotes, sales and service orders Processing credits and debits within agreed KPI’s Communication with other departments to ensure accurate information is provided to customers. Follow up on customer-related inquiries Work closely with Customers, Sales and Production as required to resolve any order related issues. Participate in offsite customer visits when required. Provide general administrative support such as, but not limited to, data entry and reporting About You We’re looking to leverage your customer service experience in previous roles that were either face to face or over the phone with customers. We are happy to consider an applicant who has customer service and sales experience with a strong service ethos, and who demonstrates a keenness to learn along with a good attitude to participate in our extensive training. In addition, you will bring: Excellent communication, problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales Support role and or a related industry Knowledge of Microsoft applications required; Outlook; Excel and Word Exceptional customer service skills and time management Can-do attitude, excellent work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
