Sales Development Representative — The Rocks, Sydney

This is going to be a year of unprecedented growth at monday.com, and we're looking for an outbound Sales Development Representative focused across ANZ Mid-market and Enterprise businesses. We are at an exciting point in monday's growth journey and it is imperative for us to find a candidate who embraces challenge, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding. The Sales Development Representative (outbound) will be responsible for generating pipeline for the team through a variety of channels. We are looking for a self-motivated teammate with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling. Prospect via call, email and social strategies Drive sales growth and create a qualified pipeline for Account Executives in Enterprise accounts Collaborate with the sales team and assist in leading creative strategies to target key decision-makers Understanding clients needs to create a value proposition selling Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value Exceed monthly and quarterly targets of booked and qualified meetings Minimum 1 year prior experience in SaaS preferred Strong communication skills-written and verbal with the ability to connect with an influence C-suite Good time management and analytical skills Experience carrying and exceeding KPIs and targets Confident and driven with the ability to drive and own the strategy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
