Based in Kilsyth, our client is a reputable and well-known organisation who specialise in the service, installation and maintenance of fuel pumps and fuel sites across Australia. What will you be doing? Supporting the project delivery team, your duties may include but are not limited to: Collaborate with the work manager, project manager and clients to develop Project Management plans. Chasing Health and Safety Documentation. Monitoring and responding to inquiries via phone and email. Maintaining records according to project guidelines. Any additional administrative duties requested. About you? Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. High level organisational skills, professional phone manner and strong attention to detail A reliable and punctual individual who demonstrates initiative.
