This role will see you provide support to the SCADA users across our sites, from operators to engineers. An essential component of this role will be the coordination of technical support and final project acceptance relating to the operation, repair and restoration of the SCADA platform and associated hardware, firmware, and software. This role will require the successful candidate to participate in the on-call roster - every fortnight. Responsibilities Participate in the development, maintenance, and uplift of GWW's SCADA systems. Execute the scoping of SCADA systems extensions, upgrades, and improvements. Contribute to the delivery of the capital plan projects and provide high quality advice for capital SCADA & Telemetry projects including design, installation, and commissioning of new SCADA sites. Provide ongoing support and training for operators and field staff for GWW's SCADA assets, control systems, instrumentation, and radio network. Accountable for maintaining stock of replacement parts for SCADA, Telemetry, and instrument systems. Skills & Experience Knowledge and experience of SCADA and operational technology systems, including the development, coding, and testing. Experience and knowledge in the life cycle around asset management, including planning, risk management, project and program planning, financial management, and investment / business case preparation. Demonstrated initiative, ability to prioritise and perform complex technical work combined with confident professional and technical judgement. Ability to work collaboratively, influence and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. A comprehensive knowledge of one or more of the following: ClearSCADA, GeoSCADA, Citect SCADA; OSI PI Historian Suite; Kingfisher RTU's; Trio Radios; Industrial 3G/4G modems; HMI's; Automation Systems; Access Control and CCTV systems; Cyber Security See yourself thrive Our vision for GWW is Thriving People and Country.
