We're seeking a full-time permanent Finance Administrator to support our Defence contract and proactively manage allocated workload in a timely and accurate manner based in our Parramatta office. What you will be doing: Act as a daily point of contact around Procure to Pay, Open PO's/ Invoices/ GR IR discrepancies. Reconciliation of invoices and vendor statements. Actively drive reduction in Open PO's, GRIR and VIMs (Financial good housekeeping). Support the Finance team when required. About you: You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance. Previous SAP experience is essential. Experience with Ariba is desired. Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge in purchasing (end to end purchase to pay) and accounts payable. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills.
